Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return your item(s) we can offer an exchange (if available), store credit or refund of your purchase (minus shipping costs).

To be eligible for an Exchange/Return all items must be:

  • Exchanged/Returned within 14 days from date of receipt

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Have original tags attached

Please Note: All Sale or items purchased with a Discount Code will be considered Final Sale and we cannot offer a refund, exchange or store credit.


Please fill out the Exchange/Return form on the back of your purchase receipt and include with your return package. Any item(s) returned without a return form will be delayed in processing.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Renewed Love Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items during return shipping. We recommend insuring the return shipment and recording tracking information.

Once we receive the Exchange/Return order it will be inspected and processed. You will then receive an email with your store credit code/Refund amount or notification that your Exchange has been shipped out.


Please Note: Store Credits can take 2-3 days to be processed. Refunds can take 5-7 days to be processed.
